Formulation

Cooking by Extrusion

The mixed ingredient formulation undergoes advanced cooking and mixing within a specialized extruder machine. This critical process transforms raw ingredients into a perfectly textured dough, carefully controlled to achieve the desired consistency and prepare for subsequent shaping techniques. 

Shape Making Process

Sheet-Based Product
Cooked dough is meticulously processed through a precision sheeting machine, creating uniform sheets of exact thickness. Advanced cutting mechanisms then transform these sheets into intricate 2D and 3D shapes, ensuring consistent product design and quality.

Die-Face Cut Products
Innovative direct cutting attachments enable precise product formation. The cooked dough passes through specialized cutting mechanisms, allowing creation of multiple product shapes with exact size and thickness specifications, maximizing manufacturing flexibility.

Drying/Cooling

Freshly shaped products enter a carefully controlled drying system to remove moisture efficiently. A dedicated cooling conveyor then reduces product temperature, preserving texture and quality while preparing the items for final packaging. 

Packaging

Final products are expertly packaged using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) laminated bags and sturdy corrugated boxes. This packaging approach ensures product protection, maintains freshness, and provides reliable storage and transportation solutions.
